In this 1 hour course, we will cover Infant, Child, and Adult CPR, Choking Rescue, as well as an Introduction to the AED (Defibrillator). It is completely hands on and everyone will have a mannikin of their own. We cover techniques, scenarios, and everyone will get a free copy of Grace’s eBook “Super Simple CPR” for reference long after the course is over. If anyone would like to be certified or for those who need certification for work or school requirements, we can stay an extra half hour and complete it on the spot for an extra $15/person (only for those who get certified). For certification, we’ll cover breathing via a mask and test skills.
